W31 WI

Wow,31 weeks! I am about 7 1/2 months along in my journey,and I am so pleased with where I am. I would have hoped to hit 50 pounds by now,but I am getting close,and I'm working hard to see 147.8 on the scale and celebrate!! :o) I had a really bad food day on Friday. Let's just say it involved Sonic,Dairy Queen,AND Domino's. Wow. I didn't mean to splurge,it was one of those things that just happened,like a train wreck. I was able to get back on track and end the week on a good note.
