Not much to report this week,stayed the same! I pretty much understand now that my body is in a pattern,and I am just going to respect it and continue doing what I'm doing. At least I broke the 10 pound mark,that's progress. My next goal is to be 179 by October 31st. That's 7 pounds for October,I can definitely do that!
PS-I know these updates are kind of boring,but it really keeps me accountable by coming here every week to post my numbers. :)
