It has been tremendously busy around here. We got the keys to our new house on Wednesday,got the moving truck on Thursday and spent the entire day moving our goods. On Friday,Erik had to do 24 hour staff duty (9am-9am). Fortunately,and I say that dripping with sarcasm,he got off about 1am and came home to sleep. Saturday we had a late start but tried to finish getting everything from our old house and get the basics in place. On Sunday,we spent the day at the old house mowing,weed-eating,sweeping,cleaning baseboards (YUCK),and wiping everything down. Monday was another busy day of getting the new house in order,and then on Tuesday,Erik left. On top of all the moving,we got word that Erik's dad was in the hospital and Erik decided to take leave for a week to go visit him. I am happy to report that after a serious surgery to remove his leg from the knee down,he is doing as well as can be expected. He still has quite a long road of recovery ahead of him,so any thoughts and prayers would be much appreciated!
In case you are having a hard time imagining what my week has been like,let me help you out: Feed baby,change baby,help Juli potty,dress Juli,feed Juli,start laundry,feed baby,put down for a nap,switch laundry,empty dishwasher,clean Juli,set her up with an activity,fold laundry,change baby,feed baby,get Juli juice...(It's 10 am at this point)..I'm sure you can figure out the rest from here.

Oh,and did I mention that this week has been the hottest of the year and our A/C unit crapped out. They can't come and fix that until Monday,soooo,it was pretty miserable in here the past few days. Luckily,this weekend a cooler front came in!
We're just taking it one day at a time here,trying to get back on a schedule. I have a few posts planned for this week,and hopefully I can get back to more regular posting soon. :)
